Online streaming is the way of the future. You no longer need to worry about the hassle of going to a video store, hiring a movie and returning it when your time is up. Nor do you need to download content illegally and risk hefty fines and dangerous viruses while doing so.
Not so long ago, the only way to access the latest TV shows or movies from other countries was through Foxtel/Austar and you needed to pay expensive subscription fees every month.
In response to Australia being the biggest bunch of tv show and movie pirates in the world, there are now a wide range of streaming services either available now or coming soon that will deliver new/current content straight to your internet connected device for a very reasonable fee. So put away your pirate hat and get on the legal content train!
How do you watch all this content?
You should be aware that to watch these TV shows or movies on your TV (as opposed to your smartphone/tablet/notebook/computer) you will need either a Google Chromecast or an Apple TV connected to your TV.
A Chromecast is a small stick a bit bigger than your average USB Flash drive and it plugs in to your HDMI port on your tv. After a quick setup process, it lets you send movies/youtube and so much more from your desktop computer/laptop/tablet or even your phone.
We can help you set these up along with providing home theatre/media PC’s and so much more – give us a call today or drop by our store for a demonstration!
