I’ve tried to tell other businesses before about the need for a great scanner. And countless times I’ve heard the response “We are fine – I have a scanner in my printer”.
Well yes, this might be true. I have a multifunction Canon printer with a scanner built in as well. Most rubbish piece of equipment I’ve ever had the misfortune to use! The printer itself – fabulous.
