Remote computer repairs are fast gaining popularity especially for businesses. Having an IT Service Provider work on your machines remotely means:

• less disruption for the staff in your office. Much of the value from Remote IT Support comes after-hours or when your employees are away. If we do have to carry out remote work when an employee is there, they can remain at their desks.
• no waiting times for a technician to come out to your office to diagnose the problem
• no call out fee!
• no paying for travel time: you wont be paying for time we dont have to spend in a car getting to your business

All you need to do is call us and let us know the issue you are having. To service your machine remotely you do need to have a working, high speed (ADSL) internet connection. If your problem is internet related then we will usually need to come out on-site to resolve the issue.

We charge in 15 minute increments - if you dont already have a business account with Total Microsystems, you can pay over the phone by credit card.

On-Site IT Support

In the event we cannot resolve your problem remotely, or you simply prefer to have a technician visit you - we can come out to your business premises.

On-site support is available Monday to Friday during business hours. This incurs the standard on-site service fee. We can arrange to come after hours, however this may incur additional charges - please phone us to discuss!
