We offer clients the option to have a Service Agreement for their IT Support. If you choose to have a service agreement with Total Microsystems your business will receive the following:

• scheduled monthly maintenance
• monthly maintenance report
• scheduled monthly onsite visits
• early detection of server problems such as a failed hard drive or a security breach
• priority response to rectify any detected issues
