Shipping and Delivery Options For Your Order

We offer a variety of shipping and delivery methods:

ABSOLUTELY FREE! - Simply place your order, and when you receive email notification that your order is ready for collection, simply drop in and collect it.

For some products such as computer cases, desktop systems and monitors - this will be the only option on offer at present. This is because it can be VERY expensive to send large, heavy items by courier with the appropriate insurance cover. If picking these items up is difficult for you - please contact us and we can work out something!

Standard Post -  $12.95

We will ship your item as a standard parcel with Australia Post. Depending on where you live, you should receive your order within 1-5 days from dispatch.
Please note that this option is not traceable or trackable. There is no insurance included with this option.

Express Post - $20

We will ship your item with Australia Post - Express Post, up to 5kg Satchel. Depending on where you live, you should receive your order within 1-3 days from dispatch.
Please note that this option is traceable but not trackable! i.e. we can confirm if it has arrived at the correct destination, but you cannot track the item around the clock.

Courier - Varying Prices

If you would like your item couriered, please contact us first - tell us what you want to purchase and we can arrange a quote for you.

important Note For Website Order Pickups

You can elect to collect your goods from either of our two stores - whatever is more convenient for you!

You will need to bring a copy of the invoice that was mailed to you.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-ish to 5pm-ish. If you can only come to the Maleny Store after hours on a weekday just give us a call. On many nights we are open till7 or 8pm so we can wait for you!
