In Home Computer Help

If you cant bring your computer in, or just prefer not to, we can visit your home and in many cases resolve  your issues on the spot.

Some issues we can come to your home to fix include:

• wireless network problems - setting up wireless networks, fixing wireless network issues
• backup solutions - setting up a good backup solution for your home computers. Essential for saving those precious family photos!
• Setting up email accounts - configuring email accounts in Outlook or other mail programs such as Thunderbird, Outlook Express or Windows Mail 
• Carrying out the change from PC to Mac - some people need a bit of extra help when moving from a PC to a Mac. We can come to your home, set up email accounts, transfer data from an old PC, configure backups, transfer emails from Microsoft Outlook into Apple Mail

There are some activities that are best carried out in our fully equipped workshop because they require specialist equipment or can be quite time consuming (like virus scan and clean). If this is the case, and you are unable to drop off your computer we can collect and return it to you when completed.
