Q: I took my machine in for a virus clean up a few weeks ago, and now its broken again. Why didnt you fix it properly?

A: When we have a machine brought in to us with viruses, we carry out a large number of checks and clean up services to ensure we remove the problem. If you then take your machine back home and continue to use it normally without introducing some form of good internet security, its very possible the problem will occur again.

In this situation, you would need to bring the machine in to us again for repair. We recommend Kaspersky or Trend for internet security. Q: Why is my machine slow ?

A: Slowness in computers can be caused by a number of factors. Its important to note the distinction between your computer running slowly, and your internet running slow. In the case of your computer running slowly, some of the reasons can include:

• not enough RAM in your machine
• viruses, spyware, malware
• hard disk drive short on available space
• hard drive corrupted or fragmented

Q: I cant access certain websites like antivirus ones, banking websites and my computer is doing strange things.

A: You could possibly have a virus on your machine. Best thing to do is run any anti-virus software (if you have it). If you dont have any, bring the machine in to us and we will sort it out for you.

Q: I accidentally deleted all the data on my SD/XD Card/External Hard Drive etc. What Can I do!!

A: In some cases there are data recovery solutions we can implement to recover your data. Depending on the nature of how your data went missing will influence the likelihood that we can recover information.
