Total Microsystems carry a wide range of stock - both complete machines and other computing accessories such as:

• printers and ink - both genuine and generic parts
• modems and routers

• USB Flash Drives
• monitors - many different brands
• software - both Apple and PC

If we dont have it already, we are more than happy to order it in for you. In most cases (depending on availability from our suppliers) this can arrive a day or 2. We do require a 50% deposit for special orders. Check out our Products page to see if we have what you are looking for.

We are very experienced in recommending the right solution for your business. With such a wide variety of products available in the market, we know that sometimes our customers need guidance in choosing a product that best suits their needs.

For our business clients, we do offer the option of having an account with us. This would allow staff at your business to make orders for parts or machines. There is a standard 7 day trading terms on these accounts. This is available to approved applicants only - if you would like to apply, please contact us.

Computer Repairs and Upgrades

At Total Microsystems, you have a number of options when it comes to having your computer serviced:

• Standard Workshop Servicing: most repairs carried out within 2-5 business days (pending parts)
• Priority Workshop Servicing: if dropped off before 10am (pending availability of parts) this is same day turnaround
• On-Site Servicing: We come to you!

Total Microsystems has a fully equipped workshop onsite and can usually repair most issues within 24 hours subject to availability of parts. If we do need to order something in, the turnaround is usually 2-5 days (depending on parts).

Of course, knowing that most businesses simply cant function without their machines, we do prioritise work for our Service Agreement and Business Account customers. If you urgently need your machine back, we do offer Priority Workshop Servicing, often you can get your machine back on the same day. (of course, subject to availability of parts)

On-Site Computer Servicing

Keep in mind also, if its not convenient for you to bring your machine to us, we are happy to come out onsite and repair it for you. In most cases we can bring the parts to you and repair on the spot. So call us today if you need some help for your machine.

Computer Upgrades

Save money for your business, dont just replace - try upgrading or repairing! You would be surprised to learn just how cost effective it can be to carry out minor - or even sometimes major - repairs or upgrades on your existing desktop systems. We carry many standard parts in stock meaning your down time is minimised.

Notebook computers are slightly different due to their compact size and limited availability of parts. The upgrades for notebook computers can sometimes be cost prohibitive due to the high cost of parts from suppliers.

Workshop Servicing

If you are worried about the cost of your service or repairs, we are happy to call you before we go ahead with any repairs to confirm the cost. There will be a minimum charge for having our technicians look at your machine and diagnose the problem.
