Server Maintenance
We offer clients the option to have a Service Agreement for their IT Support. If you choose to have a service agreement with Total Microsystems your business will receive the following:- scheduled monthly maintenance
- monthly maintenance report
- scheduled monthly on-site visits
- early detection of server problems such as a failed hard drive or a security breach
- priority response to rectify any detected issues
If you already have an in-house IT support person, we can provide overflow assistance when their workload increases from time to time.
