I took my machine in for a virus clean up a few weeks ago, and now its broken again. Why didnt you fix it properly?

When we have a machine brought in to us with viruses, we carry out a large number of checks and clean up services to ensure we remove the problem. If you then take your machine back home and continue to use it normally without introducing some form of good internet security, its very possible the problem will occur again.

In this situation, you would need to bring the machine in to us again for repair. We recommend Kaspersky or Trend for internet security.
